This VO2 Max Rowing, Ski Erg Or Bike, Workout is designed to push your cardiovascular endurance and improve your overall fitness. It involves two rounds of intense conditioning intervals each lasting 4 minutes followed by 4 minutes of rest. The workout challenges you to go all out, helping to increase your VO2 max over time. By tracking your progress and recovery, you’ll be able to gauge improvements in your stamina and heart rate response. This workout can be integrated into your routine once or twice a week for maximum benefits. This workout requires gym equipment.
