Level: Intermediate (No Chronic Back Pain - Please complete The Lower Back Mastery before this program if you experience regular back pain) Time Frame: 6 Weeks Program Overview: This program is designed to build strong legs and a resilient posterior chain for runners. The program spans 6 weeks, starting with a 1-week introductory phase to establish the routine. The following weeks will focus on increasing strength and building a solid foundation. This program is ideal for marathon runners looking to develop foundational strength, as well as for general runners aiming to feel stronger in their strides. Focus Areas: The program primarily targets hamstring strength and mobility, as well as the calves, core, quadriceps, gluteus minimus, and hip flexor strength. Suitability and Requirements: This program is suitable for both beginners and intermediate trainees. You will be required to track your weight and maintain a diary to record the volume achieved and the difficulty of each session. This program requires a gym or studio with certain equipment. This program is best done in conduction with a high protein meal plan over the 6 weeks. Keep hydrated.
