I’ll be running community group fitness classes at the Norton Summit Community Centre starting on 15th October! These classes are part of the Training for Life Fitness Program, designed specifically for those aged 47 - 60+.
Our focus will be on easing lower back pain, improving upper body mobility, enhancing full-body strength, and correcting movement patterns to support long-term health. It’s a great opportunity to improve physical strength and mobility in a fun, supportive community environment!
