Welcome Back – Kicking Off the Final Term of the Year!

I hope everyone had a great holiday and took the chance to rest, recover, and recharge — or maybe you kept building strength all the way through! Either way, I’m really excited to be back with you all for this final term of the year.

This term, we’ll be placing a strong focus on core strength, working on holding our Good Mornings longer, improving overall posture, and building that steady foundation that supports everything we do — both in and out of class.

We’re also continuing to grow! I’m currently working on opening up another class location in Aldgate, which means more opportunities for people across the Hills to get involved in Training for Life and our community of movement, strength, and connection.

As we move toward the end of the year, keep an eye out for health and wellness tips from our resident naturopath, Vicky, who’ll be sharing her insights to help you start the new year feeling balanced and supported from the inside out.

Class Times

  • Norton Summit: Tuesdays 9:15–10:15am & 10:30–11:15am

  • Gumeracha Community Centre: Thursdays 10:30–11:30am

And don’t forget — our Lower Back Workshop will be running at 1:00pm on October 28th at Gumeracha. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about spinal health, functional movement, and ways to strengthen and protect your back for the long term.

I can’t wait to see you all back in class — let’s finish the year strong, connected, and moving well!
