Welcome to Sceniicc's Small Group Training, where you'll experience a supportive and engaging community of women focused on achieving their fitness goals together. Led by Tammeah, a fitness expert with a passion for empowering women, our small group training classes take place in our state-of-the-art studio located in the scenic Adelaide hills of Heathfield.
Group Training Structure
Our small group training is designed to help women of all stages in life achieve their fitness goals. With class sizes limited to just 5 people, you'll receive personalized attention from our trainers and enjoy a sense of privacy while being part of a supportive community. Our focus is on building core strength, confidence, and overall wellness. Our trainers are able to adjust each session to meet the abilities and goals of each individual participant. You'll learn the importance of developing strong legs and core muscles, and the impact it can have on your overall well-being. Join us in our state-of-the-art Heathfield studio for an empowering workout experience.
At Sceniicc, we believe in a holistic approach to fitness that includes not just physical training, but also mindset and personal growth. We know that fitness journeys can be tough, especially for women who often juggle multiple roles and responsibilities, which is why we're dedicated to creating a space where you can grow, learn, and be a part of something unique.

Tammeah herself has been on a fitness journey that saw her lose 20kg after giving birth to three babies. She understands the importance of looking after yourself mentally and physically, and she brings that empathy and knowledge to her training programs. Her approach is geared towards overall fitness, core ability, and strength, along with education about your unique body.
Our small group training classes run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 am, afternoons 5:15pm Monday and Wednesday. Join us at Sceniicc and let's achieve our fitness goals together.
