Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing mobility limitations, or simply want to future-proof your body as you age, this program meets you exactly where you are, and helps you rise stronger — even while seated. 💪 Why Chair Strength? As we age, muscle loss (sarcopenia), balance decline, and joint discomfort can affect our ability to move freely and safely. But strength training — even seated — can reverse or slow these effects dramatically.
