We’ve launched a Community Forum right inside the app!This is your space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others on the same path. Whether you're just getting started or deep into your program, you can now find real answers from real members who get it.

📚 NEW: Resources & Community Support Tab

We’ve added a new Resources & Community Support tab filled with helpful info for you and your family. Here you’ll find:

• Government programs and health initiatives

• Community-led resources and services

• Tools and tips to help you thrive in everyday life

All curated to support our shared goals of strength, movement, prevention, and long-term health.

🦵 LBM Program Updates

Our Lower Back & Mobility (LBM) Program just got even better:

• Weeks 1 to 4 have been updated with fresh content

• Easier-to-use interface and clearer progression

• Program edits based on YOUR feedback

• Added review link to Sceniicc for your thoughts

• Small tweaks to improve app stability and layout
