I'm excited to officially launch my Sit Strong Chair Strength Program—a gentle yet effective strength and mobility program designed for anyone needing a supportive way to move, strengthen, and feel better in their body.

What is Sit Strong? Sit Strong is a 6-week progressive chair-based strength program that focuses on improving balance, joint mobility, core control, and full-body strength—all from the comfort and safety of a chair. Whether you're managing injury, reduced mobility, or just getting started with strength training, this program meets you where you're at.

Here’s how it works: Starting today, a new workout video will be released each week for the next 6 weeks. These videos are simple to follow, empowering, and designed to gradually build your confidence and strength. All you need is a sturdy chair and a small space!

I created this program with care, community, and results in mind. It's perfect for older adults, those in recovery, or anyone looking to move safely and consistently.
