I'm excited to welcome everyone back for Term Two of the Training for Life programs! Our Lower Back Mastery Program and Sit Strong Chair Program will continue to build on the incredible work our community has already achieved.
In Term Two, our focus remains on developing real, sustainable strength through purposeful movement. In the Lower Back Mastery Program, we’ll continue refining key movements such as the Seated Good Morning and various hip openers — supporting a strong, flexible, and resilient back.
In the Sit Strong Chair Program, we’ll be focusing on building consistent strength, using structured progressions designed to support daily movement and confidence.
I am very much looking forward to getting back into the in-person classes at Norton Summit Community Centre:
9:15am Tuesdays – Lower Back Mastery Program
10:30am Tuesdays – Sit Strong Chair Program
We’re also very pleased to announce a new location for the Sit Strong Chair Program!Starting this term, we will be delivering a second Sit Strong class at:
Torrens Valley Community Centre
Thursdays, 10:30am – 11:30am
