Eleni currently leads the Strength and Conditioning Program for the Adelaide United A-League Women's squad, a role she has been in for three seasons. She specialises in the design and implementation of exercise periodisation plans for individuals and teams. From soccer players to marathon clients, Eleni will guide you through your chosen goal with a customised and achievable program. Eleni also has a keen interest in long-term injury rehabilitation as well as designing exercise programs to suit female hormonal cycles.
Forget influencers, Eleni has a 'get stuff done' attitude and believes exercise should be centered around forming healthy habits.
Aside from sport and exercise, Eleni has an eager interest in aviation, and jazz music and loves to travel.
